Façade Renovation
This 1961 cooperative's sandstone and red granite exterior was original, and the sandstone had deteriorated. Having completed the lobby renovation, the first-floor façade was an eyesore and in need of an upgrade.
We reimagined the Building's entry façade to connect the newly renovated lobby with the exterior and refresh the building's overall image to improve curb appeal.
We utilized simple finishes drawn from within and design a balanced, elegant façade. A new service entrance was made for the package room and new entry doors, grille covering side niches were created to enhance the entry sequence off the street.
