West 92nd Street

Located in a pre-war Building just off of Central Park West, this apartment was in poor condition with an unusual layout to address the needs of the previous resident. The apartment required a complete overall and reconfiguration to accommodate the needs of clients.

We worked through numerous design iterations to rearrange the apartment, consistent with recent renovations in the same line, while aligning the spaces to our young client’s needs.

Moving the kitchen from the north side of the apartment to the south side, we were able to create an spacious Great Room with beautiful light throughout the day. In place of the original kitchen we created a new primary bathroom with an integrated laundry. New finishes were provided throughout, and the contemporary style was carried through each of the spaces. Simple contemporary white oak cabinetry, architectural lighting and access were used to highlighted the client selection of decor.
